Seasonal Pool, Spa, Fitness Center, Playground, Outdoor Grills, Picnic Gazebo, Activity Room usage for private parties.
Pool is generally open Memorial Day through Labor Day, 8:00am to 10:00pm, 7 days a week. Spa and deck are open all year, 8:00am to 10:00pm, 7 days a week.

Yes, with a minimum 3 month lease term when available.
Once all information needed to process the application has been received, final processing generally takes about 48 hours.
One personal check for full amount of rent, money orders, or Cashier's Check. You can also pay online through the Resident Portal with a checking or savings account at no additional charge. A Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card may be used online only with a convenience fee charge.
No, renter's insurance is not required, however, we do recommend it!

Your lease provides for a termination fee if you need to end your lease before the end of the contracted term. Other options may be available. Consult Leasing Consultant for additional details.
Call each utility company directly to set up your accounts. Consult the Leasing Office for which utilities apply.
Residents are responsible for all utilities. Water/sewer/trash charges will be billed monthly by the property or provider in addition to the monthly rent.
Yes, the city bus line has a stop within a block of the community. The CAT (Cottonwood Area Transit) Transfer Center is within 1/2 mile of the community at the Cottonwood Library.
Go North on South Main Street, turn left (West) on East Mingus Avenue for 1/2 mile, and turn right (North) on South 7th Street (just before the Post Office). Our community is at the end of the road.
Applications are completed online through our community website. Application, payment of a $200.00 holding deposit, all non-refundable application fees, and a signed and dated Reservation Form are needed in order to reserve your apartment.
